Grant Park Gateway

Food, community, and park life woven into one place.

(Concept)
The Opportunity

A city in the forest, with no true dining in its parks.

Atlanta is a "city in the forest," yet despite its abundant green spaces, no destination truly integrates food, community, and park life.

The Gateway changes that, turning one of Atlanta's most beloved parks into a vibrant culinary and cultural destination.

The Gateway is a city-owned building, completed in '19 and vacant to this day ('26).
