Super Market Knife Attack.
SMKA was an Atlanta-based hip-hop production and branding company, co-founded in 2008.
What started as a production collective making beats and compilation projects grew into a full-service music branding company.
Origin
SMKA was co-founded by three friends who went to high school together: Mike Walbert (Business Manager), Blake "808 Blake" German (Lead Producer), and Kyle "7King" King (Producer & Engineer).
The company was conceived over lunch at Chick-fil-A after reconnecting post-graduation. Within months, they'd released their flagship compilation and made a name for themselves in Atlanta's hip-hop scene.
